We attempt and try our level best to provide consistent and uninterrupted service.
We make and deliver 99.9% of orders on time. However we are not liable for any consequential damages arising out of delay or inaccuracy or damage of your product i.e: t-shirts, cap jackets & more.

includes, but is not limited to, the text, design, layout, appearance, photographs and graphics.
Reproduction of part or parts thereof is prohibited.

Our Billing will be based on Pricing discussed by the sales Department.
Special pricing may be given for volume orders.
$3/1,000 stitches. Min price $15 max $150. Contact us for special volume discounts.
Vector art pricing $15- $100 based on complexity of art.
With our fast turnaround times we begin work almost immediately upon receipt of your order.
Cancelling within the first hour incurs no cost. After this time we reserve the right to charge for work undertaken.
We aim for right-first-time. But if you are not satisfied with the result then we ask first for an opportunity to make revisions.
We will ask you for appropriate information on any issues to help in their resolution.
If we cannot resolve the design to your satisfaction then you will of course receive a refund.
At Digitizing Hut we will deliver majority of orders via email or uploaded on the Digitizing Hut website.
for any requested physical delivery, air or ground courier will be used. Delivery charges will be applied to the customer's bill.
